Christi
received her B.A. in Spanish and B.S. in
Psychology from ACU and her M.A. in Women's
Spirituality from New College of California. Her M.A.
studies were transformative in many ways; Christi is
currently applying to Ph.D. programs to continue her
exploration of Women's Studies and the Humanities.
Christi calls Fort
Worth, TX, where she lives with her
husband and 6 year-old son, home for now, but she is
always looking for the opportunity to sojourn. In her
role as a high school Spanish teacher, she tries to
teach tolerance every day.
Christi will be presenting
her paper, "Metaformic Theory and the Evil Eye" at the American
Academy of
Religion conference (Religion and the Arts) in asadena
March 29-30, 2008.
