Glenys Livingstone received her Ph.D. in Social Ecology from the University of Western Sydney Australia in 2003, and is author of PaGaian Cosmology: Re-inventing Earth-based Goddess Religion (iUniverse 2005). Glenys has been passionately involved in the resurgence of female imagery for the Sacred for almost three decades, teaching Re-Storying Goddess and En-Trancing Goddess courses, and facilitating seasonal rituals.

This was the topic of her participative doctoral research, which may be accessed on-line at Glenys' teachers and inspirations have been many and good. She gained her M.A. from the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley California in 1982, for which her topic was Motherhood Mythology — the beginnings of learning the story of the Great Mother as Deity.

Her book PaGaian Cosmology links this Goddess-focus and Pagan heritage with a contemporary scientific sense of the cosmos. It combines personal, academic and practical style, and is freely available to read on-line at where there is also a forum and the book may be purchased.

Glenys is a mother, grandmother, beloved partner, and lives in the Blue Mountains Australia. She facilitates Seasonal rituals with a small local community according to her Place on the planet, and likes the term "Artemistress" to describe her role.
